Our mission and vision

Our beginnings

The establishment of the foundation was created as a result of a mission-based deep desire born in the heart of pastor Gábor Vincze. It’s aim has primarily been to support the poorer areas of Hungary and the Carpathian region. Our main target groups are the Roma communities, the support and integration of this people group in society. Subjected to this, we also want to introduce them to God’s providence, thus presenting the love of Christ in a practical way.

Our goals

Ukrainian assistance

Due to the Russian-Ukrainian war that broke out our focus and one of our primary goals became to provide financial aid, charitable goods, and spiritual support to those living in Ukraine. They have found themselves in a difficult situation and in need of help due to the war. We also provide aid to those who have fled from Ukraine to Hungary.

Support for the needy

The aim of our foundation is to provide financial and charitable services to people in need.

Children and youth programs

Our foundation organizes Christian-based children and youth camps.

Our team organizes children and youth protection, crime and health prevention programs.

Study grants
We aim to have a long-term support base for children from disadvantaged backgrounds with good learning abilities by helping them with study grants.

When our fellow human’s need spurs us to action

The purpose of the establishment our organization has been based on the above-mentioned deep desire but it has shifted also towards welcoming Ukrainian refugees and towards actively participating in the aiding of the needy abroad!

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the Attila family have been able to provide spiritual, financial and charitable help to hundreds of refugees through our foundation and other organizations.

Pastor Gábor Vincze

Pastor Gábor Vincze

Member of the Board of Trustees

In the early stages of his life, Gábor understood how important it is for a person to experience that God sees him even when no one else does. This motivates his life, actions and decisions, and is also the main driving force of the House of Mercy Foundation.

„It is very important that after hearing from God, we also obey Him… When we hear and consistently do what God says, He can transform our character, and we hardly even notice how He will shine through our lives and other people can get to know Him.”

It is important to show the Christian values not only in words, but also in deeds. This is why Gábor does not only act as a preacher towards the needy, but also carries out active charitable work through our foundation.

He is happily married and the father of four children.
